Made appointment through the text service as I had been sent a reminder. I have previously tried to make appointments by phone, being on hold for an hour and never spoke to anyone in the end. I can’t use the app to make an appointment for my son (under 3) so I worry about what to do if I need an appointment for him.

Suggested improvements
Better phone service, it could tell you how many call are in front of you so you can decide if it’s worth hanging on the phone for or if the number is actually going down.

Our phone system is under current review and the feature you mention is something we are keen to introduce at the earliest opportunity. Alongside the phone we do promote online access where you can message admin, nurses and even GPs.
