I TAKES AGES TO GET IN TOUCH BY PHONE, THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY BUT NOT THAT HELPFUL AND I HAVE TRIED THE ONLINE SYSTEMS WITH NO LUCK. THE DOCTORS AND NURSES ARE GREAT WHEN YOU GET TO SEE THEM. THE ADMIN STAFF AND ONLINE SYSTEM ARE WORSE THAN USELESS .

Suggested improvements
LET THE STAFF MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND PASS ON MASSAGES IMPROVE WAIT TIMES ON PHONE CALLS

We would welcome the opportunity to discuss all points in detail - if you would like to email beversbrook@nhs.net and ask for Paula to make contact I know she would welcome the opportunity to discuss all avenues open to patients for appointment planning and all other patient related matters. Since sending your message we have gone live with a new phone system and we hope patients are finding a better service than our older phone system and we are very hopeful of much improved waiting times.
