You are asked to use the system on line service, which is great when the queries are responded too. I have some on my account from Lockdown which have never been read! My husband sent one that was only not read but was deleted and when asked about this wasn't responded too either. In general the surgery as a service is improving but it's things like this that let it down.

Suggested improvements
Read and respond to the messages, this saves the patients from chasing and the surgery staff time.

If you have time to email me the specifics on julie.taylor167@nhs.net I would be really happy to investigate further. It is possible that some "housekeeping" may need to take place with regards to the lockdown/older messages and I would be really keen to discuss this further with our patient services manager.
