I arrived at the surgery for an INR, and asked could someone look at a graft site , I was asked how urgent it was, and I said just to have it checked to make sure there was no infection etc, a appointment was made for the following day, after that I attended the surgery for 8 wks, having it cleaned and new dressing put on. Ms Claire Bennet who attended to me was very kind, and gentle and was always smilling cheerful, she even gave up a lunch break so that I could have a longer appointment, she is a credit to the profession. Well done.
