It’s getting a bit better but generally speaking it’s not fit for propose! Impossible to get a doctors appointment. I had to contract facial cancer before anyone would talk to me!! Even then most doctors had left in their early 50s taking gold plated pensions paid for by me (a tax payer). I say let’s get rid of overpaid ineffective doctors surgeries and introduce mini walk in hospitals where people who want to work in the NHS can do so. When ever I get a problem I ring up ENT in QA ( I always get a response, so WHY doesn’t the doctor’s surgery) I simply don’t bother to go through the absolute trauma of trying to book an appointment the ineffective doctor’s surgery

Stop believing your are superior and start to help people who genuinely need medical assistance!!

Appointments are very hard to get.

Nothing can be done because of too many visitors.

Never able to make an appointment over the phone, meaning that a second visit has to be made simply to book an appointment. Not able to book appointments in advance for non-urgent enquiries. For people who work it is almost impossible to get a convenient appointment without having to take a full day off.

Implement a better process for scheduling appointments.

Considering how stretched everyone is I think they do a great job.
