Can’t get a telephone appointment. All gone by the time anyone answers. Phone 111 and seven or more hours later they phone my surgery and demand I need a telephone appointment because I can’t physically get to the surgery. A joke

You have a duty of care. Stand by it. I just wanted my pain relief increased, but was met by “Can’t help” and now seven hours later and a push from 111 I’m waiting for a telephone appointment from you.

While the surgery is extremely clean and the staff are all very helpful it does take upwards of a week to get an appointment, I think they must over stretch on the patient doctor ratio. Great practice, apart from the lengthy appointment wait.
