I have been a patient of this surgery for over 20 years and have always had excellent care and attention by everyone involved.
I do not think it needs improving at all.

As always during some 60 years as a patient at 27 Beaumont Street I received another very helpful consultation, today with Dr. R. McManus. He has supervised my treatment for about 15 months now, and I am extremely grateful. I can speak frankly to him, and he is frank in response. Thank you, Dr. McManus ! Sincerely, Anne Abley.

This is a wonderful doctor's surgery staffed by outstanding carers. I would suggest that the poster inviting us patients to comment via iwantgreatcare, should have one of those camera phone readable bar codes, to make it easier to provide online feedback..? otherwise you have to take a photo or scribble the address on the back of hand, then go home, find a spare moment, and hope to remember to go online, type out the address, and comment as I have done! With gratitude and appreciation for a great surgery, that we have already recommended to friends and family.

A really efficient surgery. I can often get on the day appointments or if they're not available I can speak to a doctor on the phone. After not getting an appointment I had a call with a doctor and he gave me a prescription over the phone. The staff are always really friendly and remember me when I come in.

I have been a patient at this practice for about 10 years. The doctors I have seen over this time have been brilliant: compassionate, empathetic, friendly, approachable and very well informed. They have shown genuine concern and interest in me and my family. I have felt very lucky to have such fantastic doctors to call upon. Furthermore, the practice team in general have been really helpful and seem always happy to do whatever they can to help.
