on 4th august i had my blood pressure taken by Sam. On 6th Aug i ordered 2 lots of tablets , one of them was Doxasosin... I went to collect the prescription from the surgery on 10th Aug.. I was given the one lot of tablets i ordered, but not the doxasosin.. I asked why the doxasosin wasnt on it.Receptionist went back inside to. Then she came out and said....have you had your blood pressure taken... I said yes last week...2 days before i ordered the doxasosin...The doxasosin is a blood pressure tablet..I thought im dealing with idiots here...they are a doctors that dont know if youve had your blood pressure done. or not. Why didnt the doctor that dealt with my tablets request know if i had had my blood pressure done or not... Surely he / she is a doctor with my medical records right in front of him /her.. This is not the first time that this has happened.. Where ive not been given a tablet i requested because they havent checked to see if iv had my blood pressure or blood test done

retrain your receptionists....at times they come across as amateurs
