I must admit I'm not a big fan of the fact I have to ring at 9.00a.m. to get an appointment or go to the surgery at 8.30. But that's the way the surgery works.!! Always redial numerous times to get through, upto 50 times, and have been told in the past that all appointments have been taken. Very frustrating. Luckily though, this is not a regular occurence. Today it took me 30+ attempts to get though and was given an early appointment with my chosen Doctor. I was seen before my appointment time and was made to feel at ease and not rushed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We appreciate it. It's always busy first thing with patients trying to get through at the same time but those choosing to attend the surgey in person are not given an appointment before 9.00am to make it a fair for all of getting one of the days slots. Did you know we offer internet bookings? This means you can book online at your convenience.
