Seen by three different doctors over the course of six weeks, none of whom gave me any medication but listened, understood, made sensible suggestions and helped tremendously. First class service.
Appointment system is archaic. Really let’s this otherwise very good practice down.
The new appointment system is not great I had been asked by the Dr to see him in 4 weeks. I went in person at 11.20 today and no appointments to be had for the next 2 weeks. I now have to wait until 2nd October to try again. I wish to see the same Dr for continuity of care therefore will have to wait. There is the open surgery but it can be a long wait. Dr Fraser is an excellent doctor. He is the best since Dr George left.
This is a great medical practice. The only thing wrong with it is the extreme difficulty in getting an appointment with a doctor. The Practice has yet again changed the way it allows you to book appointments. Not for the better I would add. It is now even more frustrating. People with a long term condition are now suffering.
I love this surgery. Doctors are fantastic. Nurses great too and it’s really helpful to now have a Nurse Practitioner. Hopefully that will cut down on waiting time for appointments with a doctor. That said I see the same doctor each time and he arranges for my next appointment. I wish doctors had more time to talk to you. Although Docs don’t cut appointments short I do sometimes feel that the Doc is rushed
