I have had a telephone appointment and an e consult this year both of which resulted in rapid face to face appointments and speedy referrals to hospital.
I would particularly like to thank Dr Brown and Dr Farrer for their care and speedy referrals to Worthing hospital, who were equally thorough in their treatment.
I'm very grateful to the NHS and feel it is important for patients to give positive feedback.
Suggested improvements
On these two occasions this year, nothing. I like the facility of the e consult and appreciated the rapid response.
