Getting through by telephone is not always easy. The patients are advised to ring first thing in the morning, but it's extremely difficult as there is usually one receptionist to take the call, then there are options which are not always answered. Otherwise I am extremely satisfied with the practice and the staff. I have been registered there for 28 years!
