Excellent on line booking service. Good reception care and appointment on time. When I booked on line I didn't know which GP I was seeing and when I entered my attendance at the surgery, I was not directed to a doctor, or upstairs/downstairs. Receptionist helped me out, but it would have been useful to know where to go when I signed in on entering the surgery.
