I am intending to transfer from this practice after realising I have started avoiding tackling health issues as a result of the experiences I've had here. Reception are appallingly rude - can't be bothered to look up from what they're doing while you stand there. The GPs I have seen here seem to have zero interest in supporting patients and act as though you are an inconvenience. On top of this, they are surprisingly ignorant about some of the issues I have been to discuss with them (which include common skin complaints and pregnancy). Go somewhere else if you can.
