Couldn't recommend this surgery highly enough for the first 7 years. Found a few blips that increased rapidly. Frightening. Used to have the best reception team ever. Now, I've never experienced worse. Appalling behaviour, so so unhelpful, rude, noticeable decline in picking up phone or being cut off. This once incredible team shone above and beyond with reception services. Now, it's the bottom of any I've experienced. Sort it out. Not on.
