Absolutely disgusting service by receptionists, have no concept of the 6 C's, some serious training is needed in the care and compassion department and their organisation and professionalism is shocking. As for the Doctors, the only one worth seeing is Dr Baloch, she is kind and understanding and unlike other Doctors at this practice, she doesn't constantly direct patients to the internet to look up their symptoms!
