Despite having been a patient for many years, it is still almost always impossible to get through by phone and you cannot email any more. You have to use e-consult on the website. I had to go in yesterday to make an appointment for my daughter and still have to wait two weeks for the earliest one. The receptionists seem to be different every time I go in, which makes me think it’s not a great place to work either?
