Very unhelpful and discourteous person on the phone called Richard. Refused to listen to the urgency of the problem, kept insisting and interrupting and sent a text to book a telephone appointment at 11 pm (at night) 3 weeks from day of call, refused to give a more considered time slot. When I asked him for his full name to register a complaint he refused. Horrendous deterioration in level of service at reception at this surgery over the past few years
