Everyone in reception have always been helpful, but the doctors (with the exception of Dr Georgy) don't listen to everything you have to say and make their diagnoses on your first sentence, so often you have to make another appointment and this taked up an appointment someone else could have had

I have been at my surgery since 1967 and all the staff have always been most helpful
I have never ever not been able to get an appointment
all the doctors over the years have looked after me with care

Never get an appointment. When you go to work all day it would be better if you could get an appointment after work

Just to let you know we do have evening appointments up to 7.30 every Tuesday and Thursday. I'm sorry if we haven't been able to fit you into those clinics but I hope we can in future
