Please avoid joining this surgery at any cost. I have been with this surgery for 5 years and honestly I have nothing positive to say about it. I have recently changed. You can hardly book an appointment even when you call in at 8am because they have been taken. Also would be lovely to see your regular doctor at the surgery. Instead talking over the phone or having random doctors in so often. Finally reception staff thinking they are experts in the medical field. I might go for a career change .

Since Dr Abdou has passed away this surgery is awful 2 family member mis diagnosed both outcomes were cancer. Then after surgery needed appointment for staples to be removed To be told nurse is either not there or shes too busy to remove Them, asked what we supposed to do was told if you want them Removed go the the walk in centre Absoutely disgraceful stage 3 cancer and you cant get appointment With anyone never heard anything like it. Makes me laugh when you go in surgery is empty. Reception girls are lovely, they try there best but theres only.so much They can do. Not impressed im afraid and you pay national.insurance for service Like this.☹☹☹☹☹

Moving to Birmingham from London we were worried about finding a surgery with late evening appointments. it a very easy professional friendly surgery.
