I find that the service I get from the Doctors is very good they have time to talk through your problems and include you in any treatment they me prescribe for you and you can put forward your ideas and ask any questions and you don't feel your wasting their time. I am under their diabetic clinic the nurses I see a very good and again take you thoughts on board and when I have to have bold tests the nurses are friendly and welcoming. I like to see a particular depending on why I am going there one of these being Dr Kerry and Dr Taylor both are very open in their approach to you and your problems and never talk down to you in the case of Dr Kerry it's like have a chat with an old friend who you can open up to and feel you can mention anything to him.

Was asked to make an appointment for a blood test. Waited 19 minutes on the phone 10 minutes of which I was number one in the Q. The line then dropped out. I rang again later and was two in the Q but it still took 13 minutes before I was put through.

It is not always easy to get through to the surgery on the phone. However, now we have booking on-line for appointments and bloods test it makes life much easier.

The doctors and staff have seen myself and husband through many health issues and always they have made the right decision, didn't always agree at the time but whatever they did worked. Very professional and kind to those really needing attention.
