I have multiple conditions to deal with Hypertension Stage 4 kidney failure Shortness of breath Etc etc All my conditions are be monitored by very Cary staff at Lister All require from my GP is to follow up on Listers instructions especially medication I had a heart stress test recently and was told my medication needs to adjusted I was given isosorbide mononitrate and told they would inform GP to adjust my repeat My repeat prescription was issued without that med included I don't have a working pc and am practically house bound Sent in an email with all info and called next day to be told it was with GP Next day had email stating must fill in line form before gp can look at my request I never complain normally but this is not the way to treat very sick patients I shall have to go back to my consultant and get advice from them

Suggested improvements
Understand that not patients can fall in line with your rules On your intro message when a patient calls in it states that if you can't go on line call surgery This caused me stress which I do not need
