I don't think I have any useful suggestion to improve the service. I feel very lucky to have been at the same surgery for 59 years. My one and only criticism is that there should be a height adjustable chair at the blood pressure machine in the waiting room.

In the twenty years both I and my husband have always received excellent care and attention by all at Gilbert House surgery. In answer to your question can it be improved. No I think it is great just the way it is.

Early morning appointments starting at 07.30am which means not having to take time off of work. Helpful reception staff Great knowledgeable doctors who really involve you as the patient and in depth explanations about your treatments and care.

Thank you so much for all your care of my mother over the past years. I am very grateful that she had such a brilliant practice to go to. You were so helpful and flexible and caring, especially since she had dementia. Dr. Avellini - the only doctor she enjoyed visiting and wasn't afraid of! The only doctor who gave her a "special hug".
