If you can get past the wall of receptionists who make medical decisions on behalf of you and medically trained staff, you may get through to a doctor (but more likely a locum or other medical profession such as a pharmacist or paramedic. They will make decisions for you with little consent or consideration for your long term well-being and seem to base decisions on what gives them the least amount of work. Test results aren’t shared with you. Regular tests are ignored. I would not recommend.

Suggested improvements
Almost everything. Very poor culture from almost all staff here.
