there is too much responsibility put on the receptionists,
dr. merrilees has retired another full time doctor down,
staff are only too willing to put the phone down on patients, if they don,t like what you have to say and although you are not aggressive in any way they don,t want to listen.
the prescription phone line is an utter disaster and very worrying when left wondering if you will get your pre ordered prescription, and indeed what you ordered or not.
not enough doctors per patient care nothing being done about this.
hand this practice back to the NHS.
