This used to be a great Practice but not any more. I have experienced rude and unprofessional Doctors, long waiting times to see my Doctor, bad and inept diagnosis of my problems the list goes on. Reception is brilliant and they always do their best. Medication has been issued which has impacted on my long term health. When I have been diagnosed with a particular problem and asked for help and treatment then this has been refused despite debilitating symptoms. I have lost confidence in this Practice which is a shame because I have used this Surgery for over 30 years. Wherever possible I now research my condition and treat myself.
