Staff were very fast, friendly and attentive to specify medical needs. I have been in a few situations where I needed care/service within a tight time period and the staff/GP's have always been able to accommodate. The service I have received was at/above what I've had at private doctor's offices.

I was late as I misheard my appointment time. Receptionist Paulina kindly spoke to Julie who agreed to see me even though I missed it. Very kind of them both. Always friendly and helpful. God bless.

The reception staff were excellent, they make you feel very welcomed. Also My GP, Dr. S. Mylan was a brilliant doctor very understanding and helpful. I am so glad, I changed my GP practice and come to the unwell practice.

Very approachable, friendly, caring staff. Best I've every experienced. Well run practice as well - text reminders for appointments as well. Can't get better in my opinion!
