Although it can be a wait on the line which of course is normal, I’ve always found that when I do get through on the phone the receptionist is extremely helpful. In the past I haven’t always had the best experience but recently the last few months there has definitely been a change. They do their best to get me an appointment or advise me on how to go about it. I also appreciate that I’m always given the option of a telephone consultation or face-to-face, especially because I have a disability that affects my mobility, it’s good to know that I can still get an appointment even if I physically can’t make it in. Lisa has especially been helpful and kind whenever I get through to her.
