The nurse that saw me was over the top friendly and, most importantly, competent. I usually have a very hard time with bloods, but she was super fast and efficient.
Suggested improvements
The receptionist asked me a question, then looked away as I answered. Then apologized and asked me the same question.
She also couldn’t find my appointment on file initially.
