Finished work early to bring my newborn twins to a 1510 appointment for gp check and injections. At 1525 when enquiring when we were going in the receptionist told us our appointment had been changed to 1530 but no one told us! Gave the boys Calpol 30 mins before injections as advised but when we finally go in it was 70 mins before injections. A simple phonecall to inform us of the time change would have meant I didn't need to finish early and the boys wouldn't of have Calpol so early. Had nothing but problems with this surgery and intend to leave. 1 gp told us babies don't feel pain! I have no confidence in the surgery and certainly wouldn't recommend them.
