Everytime I have called the surgery the receptionist have been polite and professional, and always done their very best, every GP, nurse and HCA I’ve seen have all listened and been extremely caring and helpful. Best surgery I’ve ever been at.

Phone surgery spoke to receptionist who said Dr would ring me back .which they did within the hour After explaining I have been very sick and have severe diarrhoea the day before and today I am covered in spots which resembles chicken pox was told to go to walk in centre as it could be a serious infection .please explain how and why can I go to walk in centre but can not get to see a GP at my Dr surgery

Alison Hart Bettany was very understanding and took time to listen to me during my Health Review. On looking at my feet, she immediately diagnosed my foot condition and made a prescription for some cream. Many doctors that I have seen in the past didn't comment or notice the red marks in my feet, but Alison noticed what the problem was and explained the reason why my feet had red marks on. She also recommended some suitable shoes. I would recommend Alison as she is very professional and patient focused Thank you.
