I have been a patient for a very long time. This is a good surgery.
Appointments are obviously in high demand as I had to wait three weeks for one.
I was asked to come back in four weeks time, when I went to book an appointment at reception I was told I couldn’t as the booking is only three weeks ahead. I think the systems and processes need some work.
