Despite providing clear instructions to have an appointment with a specific doctor months ago - I knew there would be a long waiting list so planned it in advance and organised care at home. However, I’ve now been told that I am seeing a completely different doctor and been told that I will have to go to the back of the waiting list to see the doctor I originally made the request to see. Very disappointed by the lack of communication about changes in the doctor as it has impacted on my childcare. I work in the NHS and would have expected some common courtesy towards a fellow NHS worker.
