The Lady I help is 90 years of age and treated like a child on the phone by receptionists.
They are extremely unhelpful and obstructive to a person less able to fight their corner.
They behave like they're God! Another example of people with power that can't handle it. They need retraining and kept a check on.
Suggested improvements
Calls should be recorded and used for training purposes; They should receive some special training on dealing with the elderley
