This ridiculous consult form, l have been at this surgery 50 years, and it was a brilliant practice , but not now it is awful, l have a dangerously high blood pressure and still couldn't see a doctor. Fill out this consult form then the doctor will decide what to do, rubbish!!!

Yes, let me see my doctor go back to appointments, because of this system A-Es are over run because people can't get doctors appointments LUDICROUS!!!

The Lady I help is 90 years of age and treated like a child on the phone by receptionists. They are extremely unhelpful and obstructive to a person less able to fight their corner. They behave like they're God! Another example of people with power that can't handle it. They need retraining and kept a check on.

Calls should be recorded and used for training purposes; They should receive some special training on dealing with the elderley
