CALLED UP REGARDING MY 92 YEAR OLD MOTHER , HUNG ON FOR OVER HALF HOUR TO BE TOLD I NEED TO CALLBACK AT 1.30 NO HELP AT ALL WHEN ALL I WANTED WAS SOME CREAM THEY EXPECT YOU TO DROP EVERY THING AND CALL THEM WHEN THEY STATE ABSOULTLY SHOCKING . ADVISED I COULD HAVE AN APT OVER A WEEK AWAY
