My mother had a fall but had not told anyone and we live 70 miles away. I called the surgery to see if they would do a home visit, and within 30 minutes a doctor had called me to check the situation. Dr King visited her within the next hour and then called me to provide feedback, taking time out of a no doubt busy day to ensure that everyone was okay. He then followed up with arranging a nurse visit to change dressings. Excellent friendly service and fully recommended.
