15 minutes on hold to be told to call back later for test results. Doctor told me to book an appointment in 4-5 weeks but the appointments werent on the system so i needed to ring back in a week! To not get an appointment for over 4 weeks! I had the option of sit & wait but have young children & last time we waited for over an hour to be seen. Not enough appointments! Too long on hold! Unacceptable!
