This has got to be the worst surgery to make an appointment with. They tell you that you can only make an appointment at bang on 8am and when you call them they don't pick up or they are engaged. What kind of awful service are they providing for the poor people who actually need to see a Dr. Absolute disgrace.
- Get the reception staff trained up.
