After over an hour on phone I gave up and decided to visit surgery just to get a nurse for a blood pressure check but was told I have to go online or phone again next morning,even when I tried on line it was fully booked,absolutely appalling service

over an hour on the phone in a queue thanks to some weird policy regarding making appointments with doctors, even for a phone consultation. Was subsequently advised a phone consult at a date 3 wks later . This is not why I called for an appointment to see a doctor. Abysmal practice.

Surgery is a toxic environment to work in

Appalling level of service. Spend most of the day on the phone in a queue. Crazy policies regarding making appointments with doctors, even for a phone consultation. Just get excuse after excuse from them.

First visit. Ongoing medical needs progressed, referral to cardiologist and eye doctor. Immediate medical needs processed with follow up appointments. Courteous and pleasant doctor. Receptionist was pleasant. Lovely roomy surgery
