Absolutely detestable. To have a receptionist request to speak to a child (12 yo), have him confirm his surname and date of birth, and then question the identities of guardians and children, and say that she doesn't think it is said child or that his brother is who he says he is, is utterly unacceptable. Complaint has been lodged with ICB. That receptionist deserves to have disciplinary action taken against her.

I have been very unwell and have been trying to get an appointment to get seen but you never get a reply . I had to ring 111 and go to a and e to get help . I understand they are very busy but if you can't get help with your doctors surgery where are you suppose to get help ? Feel like you are not taken serious and they hope you just go away Disgraceful

One of the worst surgery in Somerset. I called this morning around 8 30 for an appointment. Explain to the receptionist how poorly I am. I have been told the message she will email to Gp. Until 4 pm nothing I heard, so called back, the receptionist informed me that the Gp not yet revealed the mail, usually it takes up to 48 hours. Think about if someone struggling with chest infection or UTI to wait for 48 hours they will become mental.This is not first time happening.Are you guys think that, we are calling to surgery for fun/we have no other things to do?. Please consider I am your patients more over I am a human being.If any one in your family poorly do you ignore? Please consider your patients are one of your family members, we have lots of hope with our Gp that they could treat our illnesses and we will get well soon.

I just want to have my throat looked at. I have a lump or flap or something that is stopping me breathing talking and singing. As a singer as my job these are important. I feel the receptionists don’t want to do any work and pass the buck. If you physically can’t give me an appointment then open up ask my GP For longer than 3 hours early in the morning. !
