Each time I go to this GP there is an issue. I needed to see someone urgently after being discharged from the midwives post baby and I did not hear anything for 4 days because they kept getting my phone number mixed up. When I finally saw someone they told me I would need surgery for an issue I was having, didn't even discuss my options and sent me on my way with antibiotics which I did not need to take. I ended up not needing the surgery so I worried for weeks for no reason. When I registered my baby they said it would take 5 days, well 2 weeks later he still had not been registered. Then when we went for his vaccinations they had forgot our appointment and tried to blame me by telling me I had not checked in on the touch screen when I know full well I had. So we then had to wait another week for his vaccinations. Just so upset with the level of care we have received especially seeing as I am a first time mum, I do not need the extra worry on top of everything else. Very poor.

So what do I have to do? I am feeling crap and I cannot get any help as usual I know and have been told that I am a nobody. If phone to see a doctor it takes 40 mins to speak to someone then I still have to wait 3 weeks and its the same if I speak to someone so what do I do? So I am slopping my antidepressant. I know it's a waste of time writing this as it will be filed in the bin, but my doctor told me to seee her asap if I was having problems which I cannot do.

Phlebotomist very proficient. However, I consider the solid plastic chairs in the waiting room grossly inadequate for the task. Although the severe chronic pain in my buttocks has improved markedly, having to sit on the chairs provided just for a few minutes was dreadfully uncomfortable. There was only 1 padded chair in the room and a lady sitting on it said she needed it. The receptionist said no other chairs were available. Thankfully my name was called soon after. I won't be making anymore appointments to be seen here until the chair situation is improved to include more padded chairs.

No toys for children to play with.

Nothing. I asked to see doctor today at Oaklands and I was told no and I could not have a appointment I need to see a doctor as my ant depressants are giving me problem. So why cannot I get any help! I got several appointment ole their when I need to see a doctor I cannot. I get refused entry to see a doctor because I was 3 mins late, but at my last appointed, I waited 45 min after my appointment time to see doctor and none spoke to me or anything. I could be deal and no one could.

He listened, asked questions and diagnosed possible reasons. Have given solutions to find out cause of headaches in a very nice way. Thanks.

Usually the care is always good but I was stressed about my blood test today. However, Beth (the nurse) was extremely nice, helpful and professional. She did the needle so smoothly that for the first time I did not feel any pain. Brilliant!!! She was also very nice and professional.

Got an appt on the day. Seen on time by someone who didn't fab me opt. Superb!
