Ryalls Park Medical Centre

I have written a long report re this brilliant centre today . I hope that it has been received.

12th February, 2019 I am reviewing my GP (well, she is my Nurse Practitioner whom I saw today). Lesley should be a GP. She is smiling, makes me feel comfortable, has good ideas for medication for my problems and prescribes what is necessary. She takes the time she needs and doesn't make me feel she is rushing me through. I haven't seen anyone else recently other than Lesley. But I hope they all work like her. I find the receptionists very pleasant and competent as well. Sometimes the queueing system is irritating for patients waiting. But that is the same in any medical practice. It is best to sit down and keep calm whilst waiting. We all get there in the end. It would help to have two receptionists on duty in busy periods. I am hoping this will be possible oneday at Ryalls Park. KS
