Still in lockdown 3 1/2 years later. Filled in a e consult for mental health help. Still waiting on a reply 24 hours later. I don’t think they know how to deal with mental health crises. Absolutely useless.

Doctors are friendly and caring. Always been treated with respect. They listen to me and respond in a timely manner to my problems

Online consultations are a bit difficult to handle.Too many lifestyle questions. Could also do with a better advice on mental health
