Ivy Bower Surgery

I visited the surgery for two issues and was greeted by a respectful caring receptionist Mo He dealt with a problem that would have otherwise taken ages to sort out I found him helpful and courteous and he delivered what he promised also helping me with the NHS app which I struggled with as for the doctors apart from the length of time to get an appointment I have always found them professional and helpful it’s nobody’s fault but like everyone we have to play the waiting game and time isn’t always on our side I will continue to support the surgery as they are good doctors and we get there in the end
