Impossible to get through in a timely manner on the phone. You must get in the queue from 7:30 in the hope of getting a callback on the same day. Even a private letter referral request took over a month to write.

  • Actually make a more concerted effort at doing the admin tasks needed for the doctors to get their work done.

This surgery has really gone downhill since I became a patient there almost 20 years ago. It is virtually impossible to get an appointment over the phone and the receptionists serving behind the desk are always thin on the ground and apparently too busy talking amongst themselves to answer calls or to assist patients waiting in the queue. There is clearly a lack of morale amongst the doctors too as they do not seem to be very interested in engaging with their patients anymore or helping them with their health concerns. The nurses, however, put the rest of the practice staff to shame with their helpfulness & kindness towards patients.

Who ever is the manager/ess needs sacking. Reception is useless phones are hardly answered and the older receptionist is rude. Dr's when you get to see them are good and helpful. Change of management needed

Great care from doctor dhillon once again! A great gp who really cares. Only downside was that I had to wait 20 mins over appointment time

Having made 24 phone calls just get through to reception to make an appointment yesterday, today I logged in on the screen waited and waited the matrix sign said "if you've been waiting 15 minutes see reception " the queue at the reception was long.... Very long! It's now been 25 minutes over my appointment time but I joined the queue. By the time I got to speak to a receptionist it was 50 minutes over my appointment time. I was told I hadn't clicked in, but I had and was then told I'm not the first person is happened to today. Now the Dr has gone on house calls. I wasted nearly an hour plus all the time trying to get the appointment in the first place. I guess this is slightly better than the Dr who told me after seeing her regarding a persistent back problem that I merely need to turn my matress.......I'm now under a specialist and on £1000 a month injections, no thanks to this surgery. Today was the last straw. Time for a new and better Dr surgery for me, this one is appalling!
