Pilgrims Way Surgery

It is extremely difficult to get through to this surgery - I tried 42 times the other day until I even got through to the queue! When you do get through you are then told all the appointments are taken and to call back the next day - ridiculous! My bad reveiw scores are directed more towards the reception staff. A couple are very good but others are extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked for an appointment within the next two days I had to one of them asked me why I needed it - surely this isn't the business of the receptionist? One in particular seems to relish leaving you waiting for however long she deems appropriate without even acknowledging you - a simple 'please bear with me I'll be a couple of minutes' would be enough to stop people in the queue becoming infuriated. I have only needed an appointment 3 times in the 6 months but each one has been the same.
