Worst surgery ever giving meds which would have given me a hospital trip and a fit

Getting an appointment for a consultation is a nightmare, its either wait weeks/months for one in advance or hit the redial button repeatedly in the hope that you will get through to the receptionist for the remaining few appointments left for the day. I was just told to come at the surgery and queue in the morning at 8 to beat those who use the phone and come back again for my appointment ... ridiculous, especially when someone has to get to work.

My wife and me have used this surgery for 16 yrs and are fully satisfied with the care and service we have received throughout this period.
