Heene and Goring Practice

I recently had a health check at Heene Road Surgery and saw Mrs Agi Dixon. The service I received was first class. There was time to go through any concerns or questions that I had and I was very impressed with the care and attention throughout.

I have seen 3 doctors in this practice and they have all treated me differently. The nursing staff are brilliant. I have a long term health issue which is not taken into account when I ring for an appointment, the last appointment I was given 3week wait! Asked by the reception is it urgent, I don't know that's why I am ringing for an appointment, I have had no contact from them regarding a diabetic check. and I am type one.
