My 92 year old mother in a care home. Refused to provide an appointment when my mother had a venous ulcer. Unfortunately the nurse practitioner also failed to attend and assess in good time. This resulted in about twenty visits to resolve the issue which would have been obvious if a GP had seen it when I made a request.

I was able to get an appt and I have always received a follow up phone call this was from a Dr who was very happy to explain the health issues relating to me and was lind enough to call me back when I was unable to receive the initial call The last occasion I was called was from the pharmacists who was very understanding and happy to clarify the risks and issues with the medication subscribed to me , thank you all at Worthing Medical group for being so kind and understanding

I cannot fault the treatment I received, GP and receptionist, both outstanding. Jenny, and Dr Morley, a dream team!!!

Staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Within the constraints of the old building/s it is as clean as it possibly could be. I can’t wait for the move to the complete but not ready new digs to come to fruition - probably not as much as people working there.

I had a very good experience. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Got a call back. Then, offered a face to face appointment. Everything was thorough. I was listened too! Very informative. Thank you.

So just sick too the back teeth ov the hassle trying to sort medication being told by david he cannot prescribe 20mg morphine "Dear Mr Jarrett, apologies, Morphine sulfate 20mg/5ml comes with an extra high severity warning to prescribers, this means that it is generally only initiated by specialists. I am therefore unable to prescribe it at this time. You have been referred to the pain team, and if they initiate the medication then we will be able to continue it. Thanks, David Donegan Worthing Medical Group" Now a quick Google search clarifies GP can prescribe it , however worthing medical group wont for me , first excuse was worried about addiction (but proceeds too prescribe double the morphine i was getting a month (10mg/100ml upto 200ml a month great way too get an addiction WMG

The receptionist was very helpful on the phone. From her voice, I think she was a young girl. She was very polite. She made me feel really comfortable talking about my problem. Dr. Morgan is an amazing doctor. She spends her time listening and talking to me on the phone. She understands my problems and gives me the proper treatment. I'm feeling better thanks to her.
